Starbs hot coco is one of my guilty pleasures 🙌🏻 also I had to treat myself today... I start physical therepy on my shoulder tomorrow. And guess where the PT office is? In the hospital where we said hello and goodbye to Willow... funny how life works huh? So today I had to go inside to do paperwork for the first time since May and I hadn’t expected the reaction I had to the whole experience. It’s funny how sometimes you can numb your minds reaction but your body reacts on its own. I’ve never experienced a panic attack before but once I was back in my car from the hospital it all hit me like a brick. 
Praying tomorrow goes better at my first apt. 🙏🏼 
So anyway, I think I deserved my favorite comfort drink 💁🏼
