It's funny to me when someone's says "they're just a dog." Because to me they're not "just" anything. They're my little cheerleaders All. The. Time. They don't judge me when I'm crying and can't get out of bed, they just snuggle up next to me and let my tears soak their furry coat. They don't think I'm lame for staying home to write in my journal, they snag a cozy spot as close to me as they can get an take a snooze until I'm ready for a walk. They don't think I'm a fatty when I give into my nightly ice cream craving, they just chill an hope I let them lick the bowl when I'm done. They have done more for me after having Willow than so many of the two legged people in my life in terms of making me get out of the house multiple times a day to take them on a walk to get some fresh air and take a potty break. *dont worry, I don't pee outside, the potty break's for the pigs lol* If it weren't for these fetchers I wouldn't be as happy as I am today. Dogs are incredible therapists, you can say whatever the heck you want and they'll never say anything back u don't wanna hear. They freaking love you, unconditionally too. It doesn't matter to them if I shower, put on makeup, and get dressed up for the day. They love me with messy hair, no makeup and wearing Jon's baggy shirt. They make me feel like I'm constantly the best part of their day and their whole world depends on me. It's nice feeling like that...
